item hasn't arrived after 73 days

Sorry sending the question again forgot to put the tracking number in. The tracking number is RN401199204GB the parcel was sent Royal Mail international signed for 1st class on the 9th October 2019. The parcel still hasn't been delivered and it is not the 20th of December 2019 73 days later . The only information I can get for the China post site is " Monday 14th October 8:52, item has left overseas international processing centre Beijing China ". Pleas it is now 73 days later the customer has opened a dispute with Paypal for his money back saying he hasn't received his parcel. Pleas can anybody help trace the parcel thanks

Hi, I saw my parcel stated left overseas international processing centre in Shanghai. May I know what it means? The tracking number is RF405406370GB. Also may I change the local address? The new address is in the same town just the parcel was way longer to arrive than expected so the old address isn't available anymore. I can provide the Chinese address to be clearer if you can help. Thanks a lot.

It has been in Guangzhou since October18. Recently update on Dec. 2 shows it didn't pass the security check and will be back.
