Item has not moved since aug 9.

My item left at August 9 and still no update on it. Who can I speak to? Tracking number is 03480545654. Thanks!

This is no update because this is a China Post Ordinary Small Packet which is not registered. So, China Post doesn't offer tracking service especially after it leaves China.

This kind of packet is easy to be lost. In addition, the sender couldn't get any compensation if it's lost. In general, if you couldn't receive it within three months, it has more chances to be lost. You can contact China Post by calling 11185 in China to make sure.
