Item has not moved since 18th April

My order LZ000170234CN has not moved since the 18th of April and I am concerned that this item will not make it to the UK. When will Shanghai be clearing the backlog and when will more flights be heading to the Uk?

It's still stuck in Shanghai now. Due to the coronavirus, packages are processed slowly. The time for it to move again depends on the processing time of China Post. Please wait for more days to get update. If you couldn't receive it within the promised time, contact the seller to give you a solution in time.
