My item has been stuck at ‘arrival at destination’ for almost 4 weeks with no update. At what point is the item declared missing? Because it seems the item hasn’t moved and no updates.

Hi Nicole,

If it's stuck for a long time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution from the seller as soon as possible.
