Item en route more than 2weeks

my parcel number is EX222435631SG. Item has been shipped out since 7th October and arrive at transit country for more than 2weeks. I am curious why it took so long in transit, what's wrong with the system? I need this item urgently.

Hi Ivan,

I have seen many packages stuck in Singapore. It's stuck in Singapore now. You'd better wait for more days to get update showing it arrives in Malaysia.
