Its stuck on enroute to india for 2 weeks It was supposed to be delivered between 16 and 28th of sep according to aliexpress.
Is this ok. Will i receive my item or do i have to open a dispute.

The description says "information received - Item en route to postal facility'. It has said this for a week on china post and singapore post but USPS has said this for 2 week.
