Item "Dispatched to overseas" for over 2 months and no updates

Hi, my parcel sending from Singapore was "Dispatched to overseas" to China on May 23, 2022, and there has not been any updates so far. Could you please confirm my parcel is safe, and the exact status of the parcel / the reason for the delay? And when can I expect an update? Thank you very much!
