Item Cleared US Customs more than 2 weeks ago but no update or item location

Hi,
I have one item shipped through China Post with tracking: AT548775349CN.
The item was cleared at US customs on October 14th (China time) but since that day there is no update or item location. Can you please help, I am in dispute with the seller,

Hi Mohamed Abdi Kawaliye,

It should be delayed in the USA due to some reason. You need to require the seller open a case to China Post to check the reason for you.
