Item being return to sender CC237996434CA

Good evening.
I sent a parcel return to the Seller, Banggood, to the address that I get from them, and I waited for 152 days till I see the parcel was returned to sender. I just confirmed the Address with the seller and is everything ok. The Tracking number is CC237996434CA, and i want to know if this item can still be delivered to Banggood?

Hi Rodrigo,

It didn't pass the customs check in China and will be returned back to Canada. It will not be sent to Banggood.

I have been waiting over 2 months for my item, it never got delivered and then it was returned to sender. NOW sender cannot find the item, and claiming still not received after 7 weeks. Can you please check if item has arrived back in CHINA?
