Hello I am looking for any update on my item that has been in GuangZhou customs since Aug 14th.
It was shipped through usps international.

My package CX477039511US from the USA has been sitting in customs for three weeks. I have not gotten any messages about my package since held in China customs. The items are clothing for the winter season that I really need. Can I get some information on how to receive my package in Shanghai?
