but i didn't receive it and when i ask the local post is told he doesn't know any information about it , i would from you if there a way to give some information about it , like someone to talk him or a company for check my package where is it

Hi mahmoud,

I have found may packages with tracking number starting with AS are delivered but in fact not delivered to the right place. You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.
