Item # LH721783090CN attached to incorrect products

I recieved a package, however the product inside that package was incorrect. So item # LH721783090CN is now showing as delivered but the tracking code is on the incorrect package/items??
I have tried emailing company but no response.
Hope you can help.

Hi Janet Petty,

It may be a scam or the seller sent it to you by mistake. You still need to try to contact the seller to get a solution. Or reflect the problem to your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back.
