Delivery man says delivered and wasn’t delivered,was home all day and no one came here. My neighbours are all so close and no one seen no delivery. Is your delivery driver a thief?

Hi Louina88,

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller can require China Post to do a formal trace investigation. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

The delivery status says that the package was delivered on the 29th to an address 3 minutes from my home. I went to where it said that it was to find out that it was not delivered there. My order AS078717712CN, says delivered but I don't have it.
-Is it delivered by the local postal service or do you have your own delivery service?
-The address is to a business and it says it was delivered on a Sunday but it's not open on Sundays.
-There's also cameras and they don't show a delivery made on that day.
