It's not normal that it's still not delivered in the US. If you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.

I have tried to contact the seller MULTIPLE times by email (there is no phone number and they do not respond.

Hi Marshrobin,

If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
