It has been 57 days with expensive EMS, still no package. Any advice?

Tracking no. LX045541814CN. I paid extra for EMS express service, and it has not arrived. Other items shipped on the same day with China registered post are here. I will never use EMS ever again.

It was delivered on May 6. If you don't receive it, contact Poste Italiane to check it for you.

Sir/miss,I will like to know if my ordinary goods can be shipped from a warehouse through China EMS to Cameroon. I dought why the warehouse manager is refusing to shipped

Looking on advice on tracking #CE450991692US please..last status shows it has been in Qingdao since June 10. It says "Taxable mail, to be paid by the the recipient"..I am unable to get in contact with the recipient..any advice please?
