I shipped my parcel (tracking number: CP426884389CN) in November and received notification that my parcel was preparing to be shipped on November 8th (I understood the wait time to be 30-60 days). It is now 22 December and my parcel containing christmas gifts still has not shipped. When will it be shipped and where is it?

It's in the middle location now. It's delayed in China for a long time. If you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.
