On the date 06/12/2021, I posted a parcel to the address of Si Hai Yun Ting,Da Pu street, Houting Community, Shajing Residential District, Bao'an District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province through Pos Malaysia Ipoh branch. The tracking number is LP006773839MY.

The issue is, the item on this parcel post to China is actually 2 pcs of flashlight posted for warranty claim due to some default. Currently, I received a message from the receiver in China, they told me the postal courier ask to pay for custom duty tax.

I would like to request the responsible person, to solve this problem for me. This flashlight I was already bought from shoppee online seller which import from China to Malaysia and it was custom duty tax paid. Now, this flashlight is sent to China back only for warranty claim purposes and it already stated behind part of the parcel. I would like to clarify that this parcel is only for warranty claim purposes not for import/export purposes. Please do make a tax exemption for this parcel.
