Is this tracking normal please?

Hi. Please can you tell me if this looks normal UJ762556407CN. Should I still expect delivery soon? I understand it is not fully tracked (cheap service) but I have seen similar codes with more information than this. It is just I placed a different order with an ASxxxxxxxxxCN code and it did not arrive after 4 months so this was 2nd order from a different seller. So I have waited over 6 months for a small item now in total. Thank you.

I order a tool set from a vendor. It was shipped 2/12/2020, with Tracking Code AS135172998CN. I have tried to get information on how long it will take to get to me. But the vendor's website is now down. Can you provide me any information?
As it couldn't be tracked, nobody knows where it is now. You can only ask for the seller to ask the estimated delivery time. They should promise to refund you if you couldn't receive it in their promised time.
