I was wondering if you could tell me, if I have the correct way to address my package to China.
The address is:

Hi Patsy,

Almost the correct one except 472 Huanshi Road should be 472 Huanshi East Road.

You should also write the recipient's phone number in order for China Post get connected to the recipient easily when deliver it.
