What is even going on how does it take 15 days to go through one specific custom station. I ordered this parcel on the 20th november haha and its likely still not in transit out of China.

You ordered it on 20th Nov but the seller sent it out on 2 Dec. He delayed it for so many days.

The last update shows 'domestic by turned' on 17 Dec. It means it's returned to the sender on the way. It didn't pass the custom check. You'd better contact the seller or open an dispute to where you buy to ask your money back.
