Is this address legitimate

I need to return wigs back to this company. First they were resisting me a refund trying to give me every excuse under the sun and basically told me I was keeping them. Then after countless emails or repeatedly asking for the return address they only offered a partial refund of which again after me rejecting that as not good enough, then did they send me this address. Can I check if the contact and address is legitimate?
And has anyone else who has sent refund to this address, have you received your refund?

I went through a scam purchase, after MANY emails, they gave me an address to return the item. I will not be paying further into the scam but I wanted to see if the address I was given is even legitimate.
It's a legitimate address. Be careful to refund something back to China. If it's stuck at the customs, there will be much trouble for you. Also, you'd better use a way that could be tracked when it arrives in China. In this way, you could track if the seller receives it.
