Is this a valid tracking number before I start screaming fraud!?

I would like to know if this is a valid tracking number as it was given to me on 6/5/21 and there is still no information in the system in regards to it's status. I want to know if I need to report my purchase as fraud to my credit card company.

Hi Niki,

It's a Kyrgyz Post tracking number. There is no tracking information for it at present. Possible reason is the sender just gave you a tracking number but hasn't shipped it.

You'd better contact the seller to confirm for the reason.

I have had multiple packages coming from China with tracking numbers starting with AM, these packages do not show as valid in the destination country. I have been told all international tracking codes start with either U, L, C or E. Are the tracking numbers fake?

I bought an item from (Ebay) what probably shipped 3 days ago, the tracking number is RN201614025CN but there is no result on China Post's website. Is this a valid number? If it is, when it must be appear in the tracking system?
