I ordered two items (bags) from a company claiming to be the brand name. Instead of my ordered items I received socks. They refuse a refund unless I pay for items to be returned. I am suspicious of this address and of this company. Can you please confirm is this place exists. Thank you

Shen Zen should be Shen Zhen. You need to ask the receiver's phone number and fill it. It's a must. Or, it couldn't be delivered.

I don't know if this address exists. All I know is that this is a scam, they do not send you the product you order and they send you something irrelevant, in my case a pair of socks. When you ask for refund they tell you to send the socks back in order to get your money, but they are not going to send you your money back.
