Is this a cause for concern?

Hi, I have previously asked China Postal Tracking to track this package for me and they told me that my package was still in transit: AS432504385CN.
right now, my package has been in the same place for over 23 days and the company is refusing to respond to me emails. Do you think this is a scam? If so is there anything that can be done or anything action I can take on my part?

Hi Cheryl,

It's not normal that it's stuck there for so long time. You need to contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back.
