is there a direct email address or telephone number to contact customer care

Order shoe from the yezzywebsite on October 11, 2020 and still have not received them. I have email the only contact information I have and have not gotten a respond back. I would like to know where my package and who do I need to contact regarding this matter. Also if I can have a telephone number of who I need to contact not just a email address.

So I orderd a pair of these Just after new years. Waited a few days, tracking stated that the item had been delivered to my address, but I had never received the package the only carrier shown was China Post, I contacted the customer services provided by the company that sell theses trainers. I checked with my neighbours and contacted all post services and couriers local to me to be safe, none of them had any existence of the parcel. Customer Service Center" I still have not received any parcels and any parcels related the content of the email. Likelyhood I will not get the trainers I paid for and I will unlikely get my money back, which has certainly given me the picture this site is certainly not safe to buy from, I don't know what to do about it.
