Is there a delay at Shanghai Mail Exchange?

Hello, I have a parcel, CP412206515CN, that seems to be stuck at Shanghai International Mail Exchange (hasn't moved in two weeks).
On the Parcel Force website it says there's a delay at this location on items entering China but doesn't mention anything about exports.
I just wondered if they were experiencing long delays at the moment and it'll start moving at some point or if it might be lost?
Thanks very much

It's sent by using a cheap service of China Post. China Post doesn't provide tracking service for it after it leaves for some station in China. So, you can't get more update after October 27. It usually takes about 60-90 days to be delivered. If you couldn't get it in time, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution.
