Is the tracking number correct? why I can not track my package

It's been two weeks when I order the temporary facial tightener and I was instructed to track 2-5 days after shipping. I tried many times to track but every time the result is NOT FOUND. The order number is 27912 and the tracking number they gave is LZ142954275CN. I appreciated if you can track my package.

Hi LinaVentura,

There is no tracking information for it at present. Possible reason is the sender just gave you a tracking number but hasn't shipped it.

You'd better contact the seller to confirm for the reason.
