Is the parcel lost?

Hi Daisy, I hope you are well. I’ve been waiting for parcel LX089183038CN for some time now but it’s not updated it’s location since 15th March. Royal Mail UK have said they have not had an update since the 8th March. Is this parcel lost? Or is it in China still?

My tracking says differently. My tracking simply says “arrival at sorting centre”. It does not say that it has been delivered to an airline. Has it definitely left China?

It has left China on April 15 and is in transit to UK now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 30-60 days to reach and there will be further update when it arrives. Please wait for more days to see.
