Hi Daisy,
Last week I wrote to China Post to ask about a small package I sent to Chengdu, Sichuan China from New York, USA. I sent the package using International First Class Mail. Since your reply last week, I have contacted US Post Office and also U.S. Customs. U.S. Customs is not holding the package and U.S. Post Office informed me that the package is likely to be in China Customs. Would China Post be able to get the package released? The package left New York, USA on November 8, 2018 with this custom dispatch # UH014194156US.
The package is to be delivered to my wife at this address:

I have called the authorities on the US side numerous times and frustrated that all they can tell me is that the package for my wife Zhang Zangchuan, is likely being held by China Customs. USPS 1st class mail is a cheap service which does not pay scanning service cost to China post. So China Post simply deliver it as a letter, but does not scan and update the delivery status in tracking database. Therefore, none can know the actual arrival and delivery information. It may still not arrive in China now.

The delivery was failed on March 27 because the recipient couldn't be contacted successfully. Also the address is not clear. You'd better contact the recipient to call the postman's phone number 18684370297 to confirm the address as soon as possible.

I have a package that's being held in customs in Guangzhou, China. It has been there since January 22, 2020. I am returning a pair of Woman's Boots that I bought from a Web Site called "Rollychic". I have a package that's being held in customs in Guangzhou, China. It has been there since July 30, 2020. I am returning numerous items that I purchased from a website called "Luvrosy". The seller goes by the name "whatcharming." They offer refunds if you return the merchandise, but I have had to file a PayPal dispute against this Seller. If your parents don't receive any notice about how to get it, just wait for few days for the customs to release it.

The item is a return and the recipient probably doesn't want to pick it up because they don't want to issue a refund. Can you please tell me if the recipient has been notified and they refused to pick up the package or not? It's just wigs. I need to know this asap!!! There has to be a reason why it's being held.
