Is parcel going back?

Hii my parcel tracking ID CM419783481IN I just want to know is it going back. Because they.didnt even call to ask to pick it up. They said to bring receipts and lots of things for the laptop. So now I have all the receipts. But the parcel didn't came to post it was in customs from day one.what can I do now?

It usually takes about two weeks to reach the destination post office in India.
The sender of the parcel will know it was back if he track it. Also, when it arrives, he will be noticed by phone or other ways.
If you want it back to Hangzhou again, it can only be sent by the sender again when he gets it.

Yes, it was sent back now. It has left China on Nov. 17 and is on the way back to India now.
