My package, CX014238427CN, has been in Beijing for more than 30 days. Is it a COVID-19 issue or was the package lost?

It's not lost and stuck in Beijing now. It's delayed due to the coronavirus. You'd better wait for more days to see it moves again. If it's stuck there for a long time, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.
