Is my stuff lost?

Did you guys lose my package? the shipping information says "CNFOCD,China, International item has left originating country and is en route to Canada 2020-05-17 14:48"
that was on may 17th. Today is July 9th. Why is my package taking so long to ship overseas? Was it somehow lost overseas? I just don't understand how a package can ship overseas at a certain date, and not arrive at the designated country within a reasonable amount of time. How is it that my package left China almost 3 months ago, but never arrived in Canada. Was my package thrown overboard or something??

Hi jakenbake1234,

It's not lost. Most of the pacakges sent to Canada are delayed. To my experience, it should be reached around July 20-30. If there is still no update in this months, you'd better contact the seller to give you a solution.
