My parcel has not updated since december 1, with the message "Guangzhou City, delivered to the carrier." This, along with some other people with similar message, has led me to believe that my parcel is on a boat and not a plane like usual, is there any way I can track this parcel more accurately so that I can be assured that it will arrive? Placed my order on 3/8/2020, and it hit your hands on 3/10/2020. Tracking states it departed the transit hub by plane to America on 3/27/20. I can only assume the plane had issues because 2 days later it arrived at the transit hub, and has been sitting there ever since.. I understand a possible 40 day Max delivery, especially during Covid-19, but we are going on 70+ days with no movement...

My package says left originating country. How is it being shipped to Canada? Plane or boat?
