Is my parcel Lost?

Hi, i am wondering where is my parcel? Tracking days it has been delivered to air transport on 19/04 but 1.5months later there is no update. All my other parcels have either been delivered or entered Uk and they have been shipped later. Can you help me if it’s lost? Tracking LX089725913CN

Hi Alina,

It's not lost. If you couldn't receive it in three months, it may be lost. It may be delayed due to some reason. I suggest you wait for another 20 days to see if there is any update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
