Is my parcel being delivered or returned?

The tracking from China to Japan has a “returned” status, followed by a “flight departure” status, with no further updates for 11 days. AliExpress says (“Parcel is still in transit, no worries...”). Will it be delivered, or is it going back to the seller? Shipment number LZ508605735CN

It's normal now. It's en route to Japan now. There will be update when it arrives in Japan. You'd better wait for more days to get update.

UW653021468CN is the tracking number. My parcel keeps on being returned everytime it reaches Shanghai. I am annoyed as this is the 5th time and at this rate I will never receive it. Can you please find out why it keeps being returned then in transit again? The parcel is only an AirPods sleeve case.
