It's been more than 30 days and so far I heard nothing from my packet. I tried tracking with the site 17track but got no information. Can someone, please, help to know where is the packet? Thank you! The number is: UG402680465CN

Sorry, packet starting with UG couldn't be tracked. It's not registered. You can only wait. It usually takes two or three months to reach.

It has been in Prague since Jan.29. If you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.
