Is my package stuck? What can I do to have it?

I have no more notifications from the 17th of December, I've ordered that item at the beginning of December, I need this package ( number of tracking LV371306698CN) as soon as possible. Can I do something to get a faster delivery?!

Hi Sofia2002d,

e-packet is slow due to the coronavirus. It's still in transit and hasn't arrived. To my experience, it takes about another 15-30 days to reach. You'd better wait for more days to get update.
