Is my package stuck due to Covid 19 ?

My package hasnt been updated since march 30th, the package number is: LO949027887CN. Is there any problem with it? My country is really close to China, but due to the pandemic, it has suspended every international flights until end of April, is this the reason why my package is not updating ?

It has left China and is in transit to Vietnam now. It usually takes about 30-50 days to reach and there will be further update when it arrives.

I ordered from the same same company as my friend and we both ordered March 30th. Her package has been delivered to her today but my package is still in the pre-shipment stage! Where is my package and why haven’t I received it? I can’t open a dispute because it says the package is already shipped but I have been waiting for almost 3 months. It was delivered by airline on July 4 and takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in the USA after it was delivered by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update.

It has left China and is in transit to Vietnam now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 20-40 days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives. Please wait for more days to see.
