Is my package returned to sender or on way

Am confused as to weather or not my package is on its way or being returned to sender tracking no LX103306353CN says it was returned at security inspection then exported direct seal and now at airport of original country. Assume this means it’s on its way back to seller.?

On may 30 said "Handed over to airlines" and now "Returned"

LX202578208CN the tracking said was "return to the right cast" ? is this normal or it isn't ? can someone kindly help me to elaborate on this ? thx
It's not returned back. It was delivered to air transport again on May 20 again and will leave China in 7-10 if there is no problem for it. You'd better track it in the following days to see.
