I am still waiting for an order I made in early March 2020, but which is listed as "delivered" in parcel apps on 23rd April to "Shantou Baokuai bulk sales department" instead of to my address. Please help! Tracking number: RE029675596CN.
Are there any particular issues with orders from China to Malta (Europe) as I have a lot of parcels still outstanding since March

Hi drew,

It couldn't be left China and returned back to the seller on April 23. You need to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.
