Hi! My package LY714838907CN has said that it has been arriving at Shanghai for almost three weeks now with no further updates. How long until it updates out of there and I receive it?? Thank you!

You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is still no update untill the end of this month, you'd better contact the seller to give you a solution.
