Is my package lost?

I have not had a tracking update on my package for over 2 months(60+ days). The tracking number is LY263953304CN. Will O be compensated for the product if the package is lost?

Hi Audrey Froelich,

It's still stuck in China now. If you couldn't receive it untill August 31, it's not normal. The seller should refund you if it couldn't be delivered in time.
