Is my package lost?

My item hasn’t moved since 2022-1-20 where “plane entered port” after “airline departure” the day before. It has been over a month and nothing has changed, and according to the seller they are still awaiting a flight. Are they lost? I’m close to getting a refund and want to make sure they are coming before I do. Thanks. Number is LV409686114CN

It's delayed in China. I suggest you wait for another 15-30 days to see if it will be reached. If still no, contact the seller to reflect the problem and get refund from the seller in time.
