Hello, I really need to know if the package is still in transit, because it's been a month since I've sent the payment, but since, I have no more updates. I see it left the processing center on november 23rd, but nothing else.
I am scared to have been scamed, but the sender says that it only bas been delayed.
Is it lost ? Is this normal ?
If it is normal and you still have my parcel, I would only like to know if I will still have updates when it arrives in my country ? Or at least, will I be able to know which company will be assigned to deliever my package after China Post ?
Last question would be, what is the approximate time before it arrives in Canada ?
One last thing, just so you know, if you have choice, don't transit the parcel to Canada Post, because they are on a "lockout".
"Here some words I took on the offial Canada Post website :
The Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) has started a national strike. Canada Post’s operations will be shut down for the duration of a national strike. Customers will experience delays. For the latest information and service updates, visit Negotiation Page."
