Is my package going back to China?

My package should have been arrive almost a month ago to the delivery adress in Paraguay, now it says that is goinf back to China, tracking number: RV909096221CN . What happened?

It may didn't pass the custom's check or other reasons. Better contact Correo Paraguayo to check it. If it's what you ordered from China, contact the seller as soon as possible to give you a solution.
