Is my package fake or lost?

Look it’s not my first time writing this but I’ve been waiting I think nearly w month now for my package, last time you said it’s been shipped out on the 22nd of January? How is it still in transit since then??

Hi Jack,

It's not fake nor lost. Your package is in transit to the UK now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 20-40 days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives.
