Is my package delayed or lost?

Hi, my tracking number is LY952624743CN. This order was shipped out 12/12/2021 it is now 1/28/2022 and I still have not received it. The last update I received was plane entered port on 1/11/2022 but it’s been stuck on this for 2 weeks. I’ve had other packages from China say this but it got scanned by USPS no more than 6 days later. I just want to know at this point if it’s delayed or if it’s lost so I can get my money back if it is lost. I’ve been waiting nearly 2 months!

Hi GiGi,

It's delayed in China. I suggest you wait for another 15 days to see if there is any update. If there is still no update, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution in time.

Hello, I need your help because I need information about two parcels (EV943660606CN and EV943905136CN, both are in the same location without registering movements (Received by the carrier) both are the same day 18 of October.
