My package, which order # is LR030178934CN has been stuck in Changsa for 4 days now without any update on AfterShip, is this normal?

Hi Derrick,

It's normal. There will be update after it arrives in the US. This usually takes about 10-20 days. You'd better wait for more days to get update.

Hello! I was wondering if you could provide additional insight on the location of my package? The order was placed on July 10th and it has been in transit for 35 days. The items in the order appear to be stuck at the Departure Transit Hub. The tracking numbers are:
WI000741561432FPL
&
WI000741395001FPL
One of the items is a gift so hopefully it will finally arrive soon.
