is my package being returned?

Hi. My tracking number is EA558629782CN.

I mailed some medicine products to Santiago, Chile. It is now October 29 and the latest status is still in Zhengzhou on September 13. As I'm not entiredly sure the medicine is allowed to be mailed to Chile, I'm worried that it is being returned.

is it possible to know if it is on its way to chile, or is it being returned? Thanks.

Hi qiaoxi zhang,

Packages sent to Chile by EMS are delayed. It's in transit to Chile and is not returned back. You need to wait for more days to get update.
