LN276460461CN arrived at departure port June 25th and is still shown to be there. Is this order lost? It's been almost 2 months sitting there and your site doesn't indicate shipping epacket to the USA should be unusually delayed. My ETA keeps changing and is now Sept 25th, original ETA was June 5-15. I am about to cancel my order and ask for a refund. Why is this shipment stalled?

Same, order ly232583643cn was handed over to the airline may 10, and I'm not receiving updates from USPS or China post. Help

Shipping is taking longer due to the pandemic. It was delivered by airline on June 25 and takes about 40-80 days to have update showing it arrives in the USA after it was delivered by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in three months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

As it has been over three months that you still don't receive it, it's not normal. You need to contact the seller as soon as possible to get refund.
